Conventional denim washing uses up to 50 litres of water per pair of jeans. At our Italian atelier, we use one glass — roughly 200ml — using E-Flow Technology, a system that replaces water with micro-droplets of air to carry finishing agents through the fabric. For our Lyocell products, it's half a glass.
The water that is used doesn't disappear into drainage. It is collected, filtered, and reused within the same facility. This isn't a claim about intention. It is a measured, documented production standard.
After washing, every garment is hung to dry naturally. Air drying takes longer than industrial tumble drying, and it preserves fabric quality while eliminating the energy consumption of mechanical drying. It is slower. It is also the right way to treat fabric that was made to last.
